Project Description

Camray was entrusted to work on the newly set up Community Art Museum, MUZA. The project, which involved major and minor civil works and alterations, came with a budget of  €7.8 million. 

 

The government of Malta, together with Heritage Malta, contracted the company to turn the building into a National Museum of Arts. The Museum was set up at the iconic Auberge D’Italie, in Merchants Street, Valletta. The project was completed between February 2017 and November 2018. Camray was responsible for all the internal and external restorations, all finishes throughout including museum showcases, audio visuals, custom main staircase made from steel and glass, bespoke hanging bridge and much more.
